Returns & Refund Policy
At The Grand RX, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the specialized nature of our laboratory research products, all return and refund requests are evaluated individually. Please review the policy below before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
Because our products are intended exclusively for laboratory research, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.
Returns may only be considered if:
- You received the wrong product.
- Your shipment arrived damaged during transit.
- Your order is incomplete due to our fulfillment error.
- The product was received in an unopened and unused condition (subject to approval).
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected.
- Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by The Grand RX.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Include your order number.
- Provide clear photos of the shipping package and product.
- Describe the issue in detail.
Our support team will review your request and provide the appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
